Cold weather paving without unwanted side-effects

Cold weather paving requires a great deal of effort and mindfulness in order to achieve the necessary level of compaction in asphalt road construction. Therefore, we strongly recommend the employment of aspha-min^® for low viscosity hot mix asphalt.

Using aspha-min^®, the viscosity of any asphalt mix is lowered by around 30 K, allowing an ease of compaction or substantial extra time for hauling and laying under adverse weather and working conditions.

Any side-effects? Certainly not! Any parameters of the standard mix design or binder type in use are left untouched, thus maintaining the full range of reusability as RAP after completion of the road's life cycle.
